Here's a little pre-game appetizer, Mike's Jalapeño Jack Pinwheels, to kick things off! Let's go, Chiefs!
Mike's Game Day Spicy Jalapeno Jack Pinwheels
Ingredients:
1 Wind & Willow Jalapeno Jack Cheeseball Mix (both packets)
1-8oz pkg, of cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can black olives, chopped
1 pkg pepperoni slices, chopped
2 green onions, diced
4 flour tortillas
8oz jar salsa
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheeseball mix and topping packet. Refrigerate overnight. Spread mixture on each tortilla making sure to cover the entire area. Sprinkle with black olives, pepperoni, and green onion. Roll up tortillas. Chill 1 hour. Cut into pinwheels. Serve with salsa. Enjoy!
