Candied Jalapeno Cheeseball
1 Wind & Willow Jalapeño Jack Cheeseball Mix
1/4 cup Petals & Potpourri Candied Jalapeños, diced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Beat cream cheese and Jalapeño Jack Cheeseball Mix using a stand or hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in diced Candied Jalapeños, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the green onions. Combine reserved cheddar cheese, green onions, and Cheeseball Topping in a small ziplock bag. Store in the refrigerator while cheeseball chills.
Lay out a large sheet of plastic wrap on the counter. Shape cream cheese mixture into a ball and spoon into the center. Pull corners off the wrap together and twist, using the wrapping to help shape the cheese into a ball. Refrigerate overnight.
Unwrap cheeseball and press reserved topping all over. Serve with crackers, veggies, and pretzels.
